I got these and another brand that was twice as expensive. Both work equally well. They leave no seam lines under my bras and my nipples are not showing through. I leave them in place all day and hardly notice them. I also wear them when I work out at the gym. They stay in place without any adhesive.
All in all, this means I can wear light-weight cotton bras and not worry about looking sexier than I want to!

I balked at the price of the "other" brand and decided to give these a try at half the cost. Buy these, they work. I only wish they came with some kind of cute and clever storage :)

This product helps a little but does not entirely keep down large protruding hard nipples. You can also see the outline of the covers under certain shirts. It seems to mask the problem area a little but I feel, at least in my case, that it does not fully do the job. I can still see my nipples protruding through my shirt, they're just not as big and hard as they used to be I guess. I also find that if I wear them for the majority of the day, that by the end of the day, the area around my nipples itch and the skin seems a little rashy. I may have some sort of sensitivity to silicone that I was unaware of before. Anyway... better than nothing I guess.

I bought these and paid more for them because of the great reviews and they had no adhesive. I'm so bummed that I got them and put them on and they fell out of my shirt within 5 minutes of walking around! I am now going to buy the $1 adhesive ones and hope they work.
