This shaper is a decent low-cost alternative to what you find in the mall, but I think it's best suited for smaller chests that only need a little support in low back attire.
I'm a 38D, and that's the size I ordered, but the bust area somewhat confused me. Maybe the fact that I'm not as perky as I used to be or the size itself, is the issue, but getting the bust just right proved challenging to me. The bodice fits nicely enough, but it does not have much in the way of support or compression qualities - perhaps the bust size affects the bodice more than it should. The fabric feels very nice, and it has a snap closure, so the bathroom isn't too much of an issue. For the bridesmaid dress I bought this for, the combination of the shaper and dress bodice did a nice job on the bust. For another outfit with a low back but a looser fit than the dress, the shaper didn't do me much good. If you're big chested, I recommend that you spend the money and get something a little better.

This bra is NOT strapless. At least one of the Amazon posts for this item claimed it was strapless and I bought it under that assumption. I will say it comes with matching and clear bra straps that can be configured in many different ways, so I was able to find a strap configuration that worked (although I had to pin the straps to the dress).
This bra does not have boning, it's basically just really tight like a swimsuit (although I'd say even tighter than that). I have a small chest, so it's plenty of support and gives quite a bit of lift as well.
The manufacturer does NOT refund shipping for the bra even if it's defective. So, buyer beware.

I purchased this to wear under low back dresses to give me shape and some tummy control.
I love that you can convert the straps to wear with almost any dress, and it was low enough at the back for my ultra low back dress, all i would do is use some hollywood fashion style tape to make sure my dress straps dont fall off. I would probably also recommend getting thinner straps to use with the body shaper. The other fun thing you could do is get diamonte straps to bling up your back.
It fits me very well, i saw a reviewer say, it was too short, I have an average length torso,and, it's perfect for me. I would mind if it was a fraction shorter in length.
You can wear your underwear underneath this body shaper.

I decided to purchase this item because I have one similar to this (not the same company or brand) but it is a thong. I loved how it fit my stomach and lifted my bust...the problem was that the thong was very uncomfortable. I bought the full bottom one this time. I do have a large bust...but it seems like the torso on this is too short and the cup size is a bit large. Other than that though it could work fine...depending on what you wear it with.
